1. Information Only: We provide directory listings for information purposes. We are not responsible for the actions of individual clubs.

2. Accuracy: While we try to keep data updated, club details (prices, hours) may change.

3. Suggested Updates: Parents, staff and providers may suggest corrections. Submissions are reviewed and may be accepted in full, accepted in part or rejected.

4. Provider Claims: Claiming a listing does not transfer ownership of the directory page. We may request evidence that the claimant is authorised to represent the provider.

5. Parent Reviews: Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and must not expose a child's personal information. Reviews remain private until approved, and we may reject or remove content that is irrelevant, abusive, unsafe or unverifiable.

6. Your Submission: You confirm that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that we may use it to maintain and publish the directory.

7. Verification: A verification label indicates the source and date of a checked fact. It is not a guarantee of future availability, service quality or suitability for a particular child.

8. Journey Information: Journey durations and distances are planning guides supplied primarily by Geoapify using open map data and may differ from actual conditions. If Geoapify throttles a request, Google Maps Platform may supply a live-only fallback result. Public-transport results are estimates, and walking and cycling routes may not always include clear paths. Check the route, local conditions and current transport information before travelling. Use of the journey feature is also subject to the applicable Geoapify terms, OpenStreetMap attribution and Google Maps Platform terms.
